THIS PROXY BALLOT IS ONLY GOOD FOR THE ANNUAL MEETING TO BE HELD TUESDAY, February 20th, 2018 NOTE: You must be a member in good standing to participate in the business of the
Association. (You must be current on past dues) Only 1 (one) vote per household. Once a proxy is received, that member will not be able to cast a vote in person at the Annual Membership Meeting. This ballot must be signed by at least one of the named property owners or their duly authorized attorney-in-fact.
