Update Regarding the Coventry Crossing Community Association park and other common areas:
The playground as well as other common areas such as picnic tables and benches will open to the residents of Coventry Crossing and their accompanied guests on 6/10/2020. Please be advised that the Association does not regularly clean or sanitize playground equipment, benches, nor tables. All individuals are encouraged to practice 6+ feet of physical distancing from those outside their household. If you or any member of your household are feeling sick, please stay home. Use of the park and equipment is at your own risk. Families are asked to be courteous and responsible at all times. All general park guidelines remain in place such as the park closes at dusk. This will be strictly enforced. Park hours are posted at the park. Additionally, the splash pad will not open at this time. Further guidance will be made as of July 1, 2020 but it is very possible that the splash pad will not open this summer if the current guidelines for pools and splash facilities remain in place as we are not able to meet the required elements of these guidelines. Again, this will be reassessed after July 1, 2020. Please be advised that we will continue to follow the guidelines of the state and local government including the health department. If additional guidance is given, we will communicate and adjust as needed. Thank you for your continued cooperation. Stay Safe!

Splash pad Update…The Splash Pad is now open for the season.
we had to install a new starting mechanism because the step on kind was abused. To start the pad, you must push the button with your hand. You CANNOT push the button again until the water has completely STOPPED flowing.
This is not designed to be continuous water. Wait until the water stops, then push it again. DO NOT attempt to start the pad before 12noon or after 7pm. It will not turn on and continuously trying will break the sensor. If you see people who are not a part of our community or guests of our community (should be with the community member), ask them to leave. Yes, the rules will be reprinted and posted again but they are also on our website under Alerts all of the time. Please talk with your children about the proper care of this area and an adult or responsible teen MUST be with kids at all times. Kids who are left without supervision will be sent home. If you notice any abuse of the area please alert us and pictures are a great help especially if you think there are individuals that are doing something to hurt the area. Share this post. Coventry Crossing Splash Pad

Please inform your entire household of this memo and follow these rules at the splash pad:
- NEW Hours are 11:15-7 during the summer. Any changes to this will be communicated.
- The splash pad will be open for summer only (generally Memorial Day through Labor Day)
- The splash pad is for the use of Coventry Crossing Residents and their guests only. You assume all responsibility for any injury, damage to or misuse of the area and this includes financial responsibility. Any damages to the pad will be repaired at the cost of the responsible party. Trying to start the pad during closed hours will be considered as damage.
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult CC resident or responsible teen sitter at all times. NO unsupervised kids.
- No hanging or pulling on the water features
- No bikes, skateboards or wheeled shoes on the pad
- Do not allow pets to leave waste on or near the pad
- Treat the pad as you would treat any other expensive equipment in your own home.
- Note the addition of benches at the end of the pad making it easier and more comfortable to monitor the area.
- The splash pad is on a timed sensor. To activate the water simply press the button on the top of the bar sensor. This will activate the water which runs for approximately 5 minutes. Once the cycle is complete, the water will stop and slowly drain from the nozzles. To reactivate the pad WAIT UNTIL ALL WATER FLOW HAS STOPPED before pushing the sensor again. The water will only work during the scheduled time of 11:15-7.
